Every finding carries evidence, an estimated cost in leads per month, and a fix with a price from our published rate card. You can act on it with us, with another agency, or on your own.
If it happens we say so and refund the fee. If your rankings, speed and tracking are all sound, you do not need us and we are not going to invent a problem to sell against.
No, and some people do not. The document is written so that another agency, a freelancer or someone on your own team can act on it without us. You paid for the diagnosis and it belongs to you.
We do not run a follow-up email sequence. If you want to talk, the number is in the header.
If you engage us for any service within ninety days of receiving the audit, we deduct $500 from your first invoice. On a website build that is $500 off the project. On a monthly service it comes off month one. There is no minimum spend and no expiry games beyond the ninety days.
Read-only access to your Google Business Profile, Google Analytics and Google Ads account if you run one. If you do not have access to your own accounts, which is more common than it should be, tell us and we will work around it or help you recover them.
Yes, though our sharpest work is in Monroe County and the Finger Lakes because we know the competitors personally. For markets we do not know, the technical and tracking sections are identical in quality and the competitive section relies on data rather than familiarity.
It contains recommendations that we are the obvious people to carry out, so it would be dishonest to claim otherwise. What we can say is that it marks items you can do yourself where that is true, tells you when a fix is not worth the money, and has on more than one occasion told a business that the problem was their pricing rather than their website.
